Job summary

Amethyst Partners in Manila is seeking a Fund Accounting Senior/Manager/AVP to lead client services for PE and hedge funds. You will oversee client expectations and the operational expansion, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will manage SLAs, build relationships with clients and key stakeholders, and drive process improvements to minimize risk and enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of the company's fund administration offerings and client servicing scope.
• Coordinate with operations and support teams to meet client SLAs and deliverables.
• Promote cross-functional communication to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Engage in strategic client communications and negotiate/monitor SLAs.
• Identify trends and opportunities for growth and relationship expansion.
• Oversee client onboarding, launches, and integration with new clients.
• Work with Operations to identify process improvements reducing operational risk.

Our client is an international fund services that provide fund administration services to alternative asset management firms such as private equity funds. As the business continues to grow, they are looking Fund Accounting Senior/Manager/AVP - PE/Hedge.

Our client is an Independent Global Fund Administrator offering a comprehensive range of fund administration services for alternative funds and digital assets. As part of their expansion plan, they are currently looking for various seniority (Client Services) to be part of their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role focuses on managing client expectations and operational aspects of the expansion.

FUNCTIONS

Reporting to the Head of Client Services/MD or an equivalent position, you will:

• Gain a thorough understanding of the company's business lines and associated product/service offerings, identifying opportunities for relationship expansion through cross-selling.
• Communicate clients’ needs to various business functions and operational support teams.
• Promote and facilitate effective internal communication across all business lines to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Engage in strategic communications with clients and negotiate service level agreements (SLAs), monitoring and managing client SLAs and operational deliverables.
• Stay informed about the industry and regulatory landscape, recognizing trends and new growth opportunities.
• Build professional relationships with clients and other key internal/external stakeholders.
• Oversee the integration of new clients and coordinate new launches for existing clients.
• Work with the Operations team to identify areas for process improvement and system development to minimize operational risks and enhance efficiency.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments of clients.
