J-K Network Services in Pasay is seeking a Fund Accountant with 3+ years experience to join our hybrid team. You will recognize clients’ tactics, track markets, and evaluate fund performance monthly, while learning securities and accounting rules for investment management.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, a night shift schedule, and a drive to maintain GAAP-compliant investor reporting and timely transaction processing. You will reconcile cash and securities and prepare client reports.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in Fund Accounting.
• Experience in Fund Administration Firm is a plus.
• Amenable to night shift work Schedule.

Responsibilities

• Recognize clients and their tactics, track markets, and evaluate fund performance monthly.
• Learn about securities (stocks, bonds, swaps, options, FX, mortgages, futures).
• Learn accounting rules pertinent to investment management.
• Examine and handle investor transactions to ensure protocols and controls are followed.
• Book investor activity accurately and ensure formation documents are followed.
• Keep up-to-date on industry standards and regulatory changes impacting reporting and compliance.
• Examine and price portfolios in line with fund/firm pricing guidelines.
• Reconcile cash and securities with broker statements; fix discrepancies.
• Identify and fix discrepancies between broker and accounting reports.
• Create and carry out procedures and processes.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure customer service standards are met.
• Conduct work process audits and deliver client reports as agreed.
• Prepare and review GAAP financial statements and compute management/ performance fees.
