Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a skilled CAD/CAFM Administrator to deliver design-related support across multiple initiatives in Makati. You will manage feasibility studies, standards application, exterior design, and signage while coordinating with clients, project teams, and design service providers.

You will ensure deliverables are accurate, compliant, and align with client expectations and CBRE best practices, assisting with training and presentations to project management teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience; corporate/retail design preferred.
• Able to read architectural drawings and use AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of leases, contracts, and building codes.
• AATO/ARIDO/DC credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide CAD and CAFM support for feasibility studies and exterior design.
• Manage documentation, tracking and reporting of design standards.
• Interface with clients to propose design solutions.
• Prepare preliminary plans, budgets, space plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers.
