CMC-APAC Private Limited in the Philippines is seeking a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team supporting large-scale Government Digital Transformation initiatives in Singapore. You will design, develop, and deliver citizen-centric digital services while owning technical solutions throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience in Full Stack Engineering.
• Experience delivering greenfield and enterprise-scale applications.
• Proven ownership from design to production deployment.
• Experience in Agile/product-oriented delivery environments.
• Strong proficiency in Next.js 14, React 18, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Koa and/or Express.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenSearch, and ActiveMQ.
• Experience with AWS services: Lambda, S3, SQS, RDS, ElastiCache.
• Hands-on with Docker, Docker Compose, and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance modern web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Build scalable, maintainable frontend and backend components
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js, Koa, or Express
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions

This role is focused on new application development, feature delivery, product engineering, and AI-powered solution development, rather than operational support. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering citizen-centric digital services while taking strong ownership of technical solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.
