Job summary

Ron_Freelancer is seeking a Senior Developer to design and implement features using .NET, ASP.NET, and React. You will write maintainable, testable code and ensure scalability across the platform.

You will participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and CI/CD processes, while mentoring junior developers and ensuring shift-left testing practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Must have: .NET, React, C#, ASP.NET.
• Good to have: Web Services, JavaScript,
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Senior Developer.

• Maintain, expand, and scale the platform.
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
• Control and govern quality outcomes.
• Adhere to patterns and practices for secure software development.
• Ensure all code is documented and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute during estimation and design sessions.
• Ensure shift left testing policies are implemented, with unit testing being part of each code release.
• Adhere to the rules in place for our source control management (ie. Git).
• Participate in Lightning Talk sessions to share knowledge amongst the group.
• Mentor and guide the less experienced members of the development team.
• Participate in software architecture discussions/workshops.
• Continue to contribute to our CI/CD strategy.
