Job summary

Questronix Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a proficient full-stack developer to build and enhance enterprise applications using Next.js, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and Quarkus. The role focuses on delivering scalable RESTful services and modern frontend components within an OpenShift environment.

You will participate in API design, microservices integration, containerization with Docker, and application modernization efforts, including testing, debugging, and performance

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience in full-stack application development.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience developing backend applications and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and/or Quarkus.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, service integration, API communication, and distributed application development.
• Working knowledge of OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and container technologies such as Docker.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using Next.js/TypeScript frontend and Java Spring Boot/Quarkus backend.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Maintain OpenShift-based deployments following containerization standards.
• Contribute to application modernization and migration to cloud-ready architectures.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using Next.js and TypeScript for frontend development and Java Spring Boot / Quarkus for backend services.


• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support scalable and maintainable enterprise applications.


• Develop and maintain applications deployed within an OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) environment, following established containerization and deployment standards.


• Participate in application modernization initiatives, including migration of existing applications and services into containerized and cloud-ready architectures.


• Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, performance optimization, and resolution of application defects across frontend and backend components.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience in full-stack application development.


• Hands-on experience with Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices, including reusable components and API integration.


• Experience developing backend applications and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and/or Quarkus.


• Familiarity with microservices architecture, service integration, API communication, and distributed application development.


• Working knowledge of OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and container technologies such as Docker or compatible alternatives.
