Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a skilled Full Stack Web Developer to build, maintain, and optimize web apps that translate business needs into user-friendly solutions. You will work on Laravel (PHP) backend and Vue.js/Nuxt.js frontend, deploying in AWS and collaborating with UI/UX teams to deliver secure, scalable interfaces.

The role requires 4+ years of web development experience, a solid grasp of RESTful APIs, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 4 years of professional web development experience.
• Proven track record building secure, scalable, responsive web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Laravel (PHP) for backend and Vue.js/Nuxt.js or similar frameworks (React, Next.js) for frontend
• Build responsive, high-performance, and secure web interfaces
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver modern, user-friendly web experiences
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and external systems
• Work with AWS-hosted environments (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront) for application deployment and scaling
• Write efficient queries and manage databases (MySQL, MSSQL)
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration workflows
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications for speed, security, and reliability
• Maintain clear, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices
