Job summary

SYSGEN RPO is seeking a capable Full Stack Engineer in Metro Manila to join our software team. You will work with technologies like Angular, HTML5, RESTful services, .NET, C#, Cloud/AWS, and AI in a hybrid setup (2x a week).

Responsibilities include maintaining code, learning new tech, analyzing problems, and delivering results in a customer-focused, team-driven environment. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of software development experience and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with, or aptitude for, .NET, C# coding.
• 1-3 years of software design and development experience with conventional technologies.
• Superior communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills is a must.
• Demonstrated ability for effective multi-tasking and tracking deliverables and timelines.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services a plus.
• Familiarity with frontend development.
• Understanding of backend development with relational databases.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing code for applications while expanding technical knowledge to be able to perform increasingly more challenging work which will include assisting in the development of new software applications.
• Learn and implement new technologies and architectures within a reasonable time frame.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Attain ability to work effectively in a strong customer service/team-oriented environment.
• Adapt to changing products and technologies.
• Manage and prioritize conflicting tasks and interruptions to minimize their impact on the current deadlines and workload.
