Job summary

Real Hires LLC is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to turn great ideas into scalable software, working across frontend and backend stacks including Node.js, NestJS, React, and Next.js.

You will design and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, deploy and manage cloud applications on AWS, and ensure code quality with robust testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability. An ownership mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and NestJS, plus practical experience with React and Next.js.
• Production experience with AWS, including deployment and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Docker, Linux, Git, databases, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Understanding of software testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and event-driven architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• An ownership mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to take projects from concept to production.
