You will participate in the full SDLC, perform testing, troubleshooting, and contribute to system improvements in a long-term, permanent capacity with a hybrid work setup in Makati City.

Full-Stack Software Developer – EVRAA Platform

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Full-Stack Software Developer to support the ongoing development, enhancement, and maintenance of a proprietary business platform used to manage insurance claims, job workflows, and financial operations.

In this role, you will work closely with the client's product owner, technical lead, and operational coordinators to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions. You will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from feature development and API integrations to testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and ongoing system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain application features based on the agreed product backlog and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and improve platform functionality across insurance claims, job management, and financial workflows.
• Develop, maintain, and support APIs and third-party system integrations as required.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with the product owner, technical lead, and operational stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure application quality, stability, and reliability.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and technical issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, maintainability, and overall system functionality.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, release notes, and system change records.
• Follow established development standards, version control practices, and software delivery processes.
• Provide ongoing technical support and contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, Software Developer, or in a similar software engineering role.
• Experience developing and maintaining web-based applications across front-end and back-end components.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating APIs.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle practices, including version control, testing, code reviews, and deployment.
• Experience conducting unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with relational databases and data-driven applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and contribute effectively within an Agile development environment.
