Job summary

Integrated OS is seeking a Product Engineer to design, build, and maintain features across the Chandler CX Platform. You will work across the full stack from C#/.NET on Azure to the web front end, with about 80% engineering focus and remaining time on issue investigation and fixing escalations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a full-stack or software developer.
• Experience using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar harnesses.
• C#/.NET: building and maintaining production applications and services in .NET (Core / .NET 6+).
• Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS, with a CSS framework and a modern framework (React or Blazor).
• Web back end: ASP.NET Core (MVC, Razor Pages or Web API).
• Azure: hands-on experience with App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Storage or Azure SQL.
• T-SQL and SQL Server: writing, tuning and troubleshooting queries and stored procedures.
• REST APIs: building and consuming REST services, including token-based authentication.
• Source control and delivery: Git and Azure DevOps (or equivalent), including CI/CD pipelines.
• Testing: writing unit and integration tests.
• Good written and spoken English, and confidence working with Australian team members.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and deploy full-stack features across Chandler CX Platform.
• Build UI with HTML5, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript, using React or Blazor.
• Develop back-end services and APIs in C#/.NET on ASP.NET Core and Azure.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations with client systems.
• Write unit and integration tests and participate in peer code review.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and release management processes.
• Apply secure coding practices and manage credentials safely.
• Investigate and resolve product defects escalated by support within agreed timeframes.
• Improve logging, monitoring and alerting to detect issues early.
• Document features, APIs, configuration and support procedures.
