Job summary

EviSmart in the Philippines (Manila) is hiring a Full-Stack Developer — C#/.NET + ReactJS for 100% onsite work at BGC, Taguig. Bring experience in C#, .NET, React, and SQL Server to build and scale our global dental autopilot platform.

You’ll work across frontend, backend, and AI-enabled systems, collaborating with engineering, product, operations, and in-house AI teams. Compensation includes HMO, 13th-month pay, and government-mandated benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with C# / ASP.NET Core / .NET backend services
• Proven ability to build production-grade ReactJS frontends
• Strong SQL Server data modeling, queries, and integrity understanding
• Experience designing, building, and troubleshooting REST APIs
• Delivery across the full feature lifecycle from discovery to production

Responsibilities

• Figure out the problem before writing code and talk to stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Build substantial features across frontend, backend, and database without heavy delegation.
• Challenge requirements that don’t make sense and propose better alternatives.
• Own production readiness: testing, validation against business requirements, and post-release fixes.
