Job summary

Accenture is seeking a mid-level UI/Backend Engineer to design and build intuitive interfaces and scalable backend services for AI-enabled enterprise solutions. The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of frontend and backend tech, and experience with LangChain/LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive, responsive web and mobile interfaces for conversational AI interactions and admin dashboards.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs to host, manage, and monitor AI model workflows.
• Integrate AI agents and models into enterprise systems and user interfaces, enabling multi-turn dialogues and dynamic workflows.
• Implement response caching, retry logic, token streaming, and escalation mechanisms for stable and responsive AI experiences.
• Enable agent transparency through structured output parsing, logs, interaction history, and feedback workflows.
• Ensure production-quality development through automated testing, error handling, and responsive design principles.
