Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to own the end-to-end web development lifecycle, from UI to backend services, collaborating with product and design teams to craft scalable, secure applications.

The role emphasizes API design, code quality, and continuous improvement of development processes to drive innovation and enhance user experiences. Hybrid collaboration and agile practices are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience building full stack web applications.
• Proficient in frontend and backend development.
• Familiar with RESTful API design and security best practices.
• Knowledge of MySQL or MongoDB is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality web applications using frontend and backend technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, SMEs and UX designers to understand requirements and create functional and user-friendly features.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using modern web development languages and frameworks to produce effective APIs and user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Optimize application performance and scalability through code optimization and database tuning.
• Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning, estimation, and daily stand-ups.

• Ensure that all company policies, procedures, programs and instruction are carried out
• Must report all compliance matters openly and honestly to their Compliance Officer in accordance with the reporting requirements operated by the Compliance Officer.
