Blink - The Employee App in Boston is seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Engineer to join our rapid delivery team. This hybrid, in-office role (3 days/week) offers the chance to work on a fast-paced platform used by global brands.

You will design and build full-stack features using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Express, Node.js, and SQL, while mentoring teammates and supporting customers on technical calls.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with TypeScript (React, Next.js, Express, and Node.js), SQL, and building integrations.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and managing complex integrations.
• Understanding of SCIM for provisioning and identity management, as well as SAML 2.0 and Single Sign-On protocols.
• Proven track record of writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Strong communication and collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack integrations and applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and SQL.
• Build and manage internal tooling, working closely with our amazing support team to plan and build the tools that will allow them to deliver a world-class service for our customers.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, practices, and tools, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
• Provide cross-functional technical guidance and support both internally across the company and externally with customers, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-through.
• Assist customers on technical calls as needed, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer success.
