Job summary

A leading tech company in the Philippines is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a 100% remote position. You will build and maintain a next-gen SaaS platform for real estate investors, working on both frontend and backend solutions. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of full-stack experience, proficiency in React and Node.js or Python, and strong database skills. This is a full-time role with a competitive compensation package and a signing bonus.

Qualifications

Are you a seasoned Full Stack Developer with a passion for building SaaS products from the ground up? We’re creating a next-gen platform for real estate investors that scans, analyzes, and evaluates property deals in seconds.

We’re looking for an experienced engineer to help us build a robust and scalable system that automatically processes property data, integrates with industry APIs, and delivers actionable insights for house flippers. If you thrive in building end-to-end solutions—from polished frontends to resilient backends and scalable cloud deployments—this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Frontend Development

• Build a polished UI in React (Next.js preferred) with TailwindCSS or MaterialUI.
• Implement carousel + list toggle views for property deal analysis.
• Create editable fields for ARV and rehab costs with auto-refreshing calculations.
• Add filters for buy box criteria (beds, baths, sqft, zip) with dynamic recalculation.

Backend Development

• Set up backend services using Node.js (Express) or Python (FastAPI/Django).
• Develop an email parsing engine for Gmail/Outlook integration.
• Integrate ATTOM API for disclosure states and implement AVM/comp calculations for nondisclosure states.
• Validate properties using Google Maps Geocoding API.
• Build file parsing integrations (Google Drive, Dropbox, PDFs, Excel).
• Save and manage extraction history with deep linking.

Database Layer

• Design schema in PostgreSQL or MongoDB for users, deals, filters, and saved offers.
• Implement recalculation logic triggered by filter/buy box updates.

DevOps & Deployment

• Deploy and manage applications on AWS or GCP (serverless preferred).
• Containerize services using Docker for efficient scaling.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of full-stack SaaS development experience.

• 5+ years of front-end experience with React.js (Next.js).

• Proficiency in TailwindCSS or MaterialUI.

• 5+ years of back-end experience with Node.js/Express or Python (FastAPI/Django).

• Strong database experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.

• Experience implementing UI/UX best practices.

• Proven experience with JWT & OAuth 2.0 authentication.

• Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs.

• File parsing & integration experience (Google Drive, Dropbox, PDFs, Excel).

• Strong knowledge of deploying applications to AWS or GCP.

Work Schedule

• 10 PM - 6 AM Philippine Time (Remote, Full-Time, 2-3 Months Contract)
