Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience in the AWS ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience building autonomous AI agents or complex LLM chains.
• Proficiency in Python and C#/.NET with AWS CDK, CloudFormation, GitHub Actions, and YAML-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills to model data, map workflows, and prioritize engineering features based on business ROI.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration and taking ownership in an early-stage environment.
• Blazor front-end development experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of an Access Management platform such as Okta is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strong analytical skills with ability to model data, map workflows, and prioritise engineering features based on business ROI




• Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration and taking ownership of deliverables in an early‑stage environment




• Strong problem‑solving skills in interpreting and solving complex problems in a technical environment




• Front end Web Development experience is a definite plus, in particular using Blazor C# framework




• Knowledge of an Access Management platform such as Okta is preferred
