Job summary

Socium - Teams Done Differently is seeking a hands-on Full-Stack AI Engineer to build production-grade GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI applications for a leading financial services organization. You’ll join a growing AI engineering team with existing AI use cases in production and help scale new ones.

You’ll work on AI knowledge platforms, copilots, agentic workflows, conversational AI, and potentially voice AI, combining frontend (React) with backend (Node.js/Python) and cloud integration.

We’re partnering with a leading financial services organization looking for a hands-on Full-Stack AI Engineer to build and enhance production-grade GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI applications.

Why This Role Exists

You’ll be joining a growing AI engineering team with existing AI use cases already in production - and will help build, enhance, and scale new ones.

You may work on AI knowledge platforms, copilots, agentic workflows, conversational AI, and potentially voice AI.

What You’ll Do

• Build AI-powered applications using React and modern web technologies
• Develop and enhance GenAI, RAG, LLM and Agentic AI solutions
• Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar LLM platforms
• Build APIs and backend services using Node.js and/or Python
• Connect AI applications with databases, APIs, enterprise systems and workflows
• Productionize existing AI use cases and deliver new features and enhancements
• Troubleshoot and support applications in production

What We’re Looking For

Our priority is the combination of:

• Strong React / Frontend Engineering

Ideally, you also have:

• Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents or Agentic AI
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar
• Backend/API development using Node.js and/or Python
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases or similar technologies
• Exposure to AWS/Azure, Docker, CI/CD or DevOps
• Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills
• Experience supporting production applications
