• Meet turnaround time targets for daily releases.
• Monitor backlogs and reallocate resources to meet targets and timelines.
• Coordinate with dispatch for schedules and confirmations.
• Document transactions, logs, and handoffs for audit readiness.
• Assist in returns, warranty handoffs, and exception reporting.
