The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in logistics and a strong background in team management. This role involves coordinating with logistics partners and supporting the fulfillment team for optimal operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role in food & beverage or retail.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes: pick/pack, dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order-to-delivery process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Track outbound deliveries and manage any delivery issues.
• Lead and mentor the fulfillment team to achieve key results.
