Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an FSO Risk Senior Consultant to lead risk advisory engagements for banks, financial institutions, and other financial services organizations. The role focuses on risk management, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and risk-based assurance.

You will work with engagement leaders, project teams, and client stakeholders to analyze business data, assess control effectiveness, and develop actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and professional experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or regulatory consulting.
• Experience with risk assessments, control testing, and regulatory reviews.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate engagement workstreams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk assessment, internal control reviews, and operational risk management engagements.
• Evaluate processes, risk frameworks, policies, and control activities for gaps and improvements.
• Assess design and operating effectiveness of controls and risk mitigations.
• Identify deficiencies and provide remediation recommendations.
• Coordinate governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks enhancements.
• Gather and analyze data to support advisory recommendations and client deliverables.
• Present findings to clients and guide junior team members on engagement activities.
