Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a leadership consultant and provide developmental support.
• Consult with Site Leaders to identify leadership development needs.
• Collaborate to design programs for behavior change and performance improvement.
• Facilitate leadership programs with various delivery methods.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and develop post-training support tools.
