Job summary

Rose Pharmacy Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a front-end systems support specialist to train and assist front-end staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve front-end applications.

• Responsible for training and supporting front-end staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement, maintain, and continuously improve front-end systems that align with business goals.
• Ensures front-end applications operate efficiently, identifies opportunities for system enhancements, and provides technical support to optimize performance and user experience.

• Experience in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems is preferred.
• Experience in front-end systems, application support, or related technical functions is an advantage.
