Job summary

Workforce Optimizer Pte Ltd is seeking Front-End Developers to join its engineering team. You will design and deliver high-quality UI solutions, translating Figma designs into maintainable interfaces and collaborating across Product, UX, Backend and QA teams.

You will modernize WFO's web UI, ensure performance, and contribute to a scalable design system for a SaaS platform used by large enterprises. A strong React background and hands-on SPA experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT).
• Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS.
• 3-6+ years of relevant front-end development experience, strong React expertise, good engineering fundamentals, and experience working on complex SaaS or enterprise applications.
• Experience building modern, responsive enterprise web applications.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture, reusable UI components and design systems.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs.
• Good understanding of state management, performance optimisation and browser compatibility.
• Ability to translate Figma/UI designs into high-quality, maintainable interfaces.
• Strong attention to UX, usability and consistency.
• Experience with automated front-end testing is preferred.
• Comfortable working closely with Product, UX, Backend and QA teams.

We are looking for Front-End Developers to join the engineering team at Workforce Optimizer (WFO), an enterprise workforce management and AI-powered scheduling platform used by large organizations.

You will work closely with the team to understand business requirements and design and deliver effective solutions. You will also be responsible for applying best practices to ensure the development of high-quality software solutions.

In this role, you will help modernize and accelerate WFO's web UI development, making the platform easier to enhance, maintain, and adapt to evolving customer requirements.
