Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and support administrative tasks to ensure a seamless experience for clients, guests or patients.
- *Greet and Assist*: Welcome visitors, clients or patients; answer queries and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- *Reception Duties*: Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails and correspondence.
- *Scheduling*: Book appointments, meetings and reservations; maintain accurate calendars.
- *Data Entry*: Accurately record visitor/patient information, update records and manage databases.
- *Customer Service*: Resolve complaints, provide information and address concerns.
- *Administrative Support*: Assist with mailings, scanning, photocopying and filing.
- *Cash Handling*: Manage transactions, process payments and handle invoicing (if applicable).
- *Security and Confidentiality*: Maintain confidentiality, secure sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
- *Maintenance*: Ensure reception area cleanliness, organization and supplies.
- *Team Collaboration*: Support colleagues, provide backup coverage and participate in meetings.
