Responsibilities

  • Accurately record visitor/patient information, update records and manage databases.
  • Resolve complaints, provide information and address concerns.
  • Assist with mailings, scanning, photocopying and filing.
  • Manage transactions, process payments and handle invoicing (if applicable).
  • Maintain confidentiality, secure sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
  • Ensure reception area cleanliness, organization and supplies.
  • Support colleagues, provide backup coverage and participate in meetings.
