As a Front Desk Admin, you will assist patients by handling appointment calls, coordinating schedules, updating records, and supporting clinic operations. You'll deliver service with professionalism, accuracy, and warmth while ensuring smooth patient experiences across Aloha's clinics.

Shift: Night Shift (2:00 AM to 11:00 AM Manila Time), Weekends Off

  • At least 2 years of work experience as a Front Desk Admin / Customer Service supporting foreign or international clients
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, friendly attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
  • Ability to learn new systems, services, and processes
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service

  • Full system training and ongoing support will be provided
Your Daily Tasks
  • Answer phone calls in Aloha's clinics to confirm or book patient appointments; transfer calls to relevant departments as needed.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to patients to confirm their scheduled appointments.
  • Schedule procedures and coordinate office visits according to physician and patient availability.
  • Update patient medical records accurately.
