A leading farm operation in Bulacan is seeking a Packaging Manager to oversee all packing house operations. The role requires a strong background in fresh produce operations and experience enforcing HACCP and quality standards. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in food manufacturing and 2+ years in a supervisory role. This is a full-time position with a focus on quality, efficiency, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years experience in the fresh produce or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong experience in packing and handling highly perishable products.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily packing activities to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Enforce HACCP, GAP, and sanitation standards.
• Oversee manpower schedules and staff performance.
• Ensure proper maintenance of packing tools and temperature control.
• Align with QA/QC for quality checks and timely dispatch.
• Monitor productivity and resolve operational issues.
