Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to learn and undergo training.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and recording of basic accounting entries.
• Encode and update accounting data in accounting systems or Excel files.
• Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and organize vouchers, receipts, invoices, and other accounting documents.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash monitoring.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year‑end accounting reports.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding billing or payment concerns.
• Perform other accounting‑related and administrative tasks as assigned.
