Job summary

CXG is seeking Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluators who are existing luxury brand customers. You will perform evaluations across fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, watches, and more, through in-store or online experiences and report feedback via a questionnaire.

As a mission-based role, you’ll select assignments matching your profile, complete post-evaluation surveys, and help shape luxury brands’ strategies with objective insights. No prior brand affiliation is required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience needed; honest feedback from real customers.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• Must be a current customer of luxury brands.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands in-store, online, or sometimes both.
• Provide objective feedback about your experiences.
• Choose assignments that align with your profile and interests.
• Complete questionnaires after each evaluation.
• Comply with all given project objectives and special requirements from the luxury brand we represent.
