Job summary

Palawan Group of Companies is seeking a capable Risk Analyst to support risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation across operations, finance, compliance, and strategy. This role requires high attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

You will assist with risk workshops, RCSA activities, populate risk registers, heat maps, and KRIs, and help maintain accurate risk reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks across operations, finance, compliance, or strategy.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy when reviewing reports and controls.
• Willingness to improve processes and risk practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with periodic and special risk assessments.
• Collect risk-related data and prepare reports for supervisor.
• Engage with internal teams to understand risk environments and coordinate risk initiatives.
• Maintain incident risk register and track resolutions.
• Assist with updating internal procedures, control libraries, and RM tools.
