The Coca-Cola Company in Taguig City is seeking a Director of Franchise Finance Operations to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the Philippines franchise. This individual will shape FP&A strategy, drive performance, and guide stakeholders in financial decisions.

The role oversees the FP&A team, builds multi-dimensional models, automates workflows, and partners with commercial and operations teams to optimize value and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a relevant field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years in Forecasting, Data Modeling & Visualization, Automation and Business Analytics, and Business Planning.
• Experience leading operational finance strategies and managing projects/resources.
• Experience with data management methods and analytics deployment across systems.
• Ability to synthesize large datasets and build models for decision support.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain financial planning policies.
• Lead FP&A team in annual budgeting and performance measurement.
• Oversee short and long-term financial planning and analysis of operations.
• Generate internal and external financial reports and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Drive automation and multi-dimensional modeling to support strategic decisions.
