Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare franchise agreements from company-provided templates and precedents.
• Prepare franchise transfer documents and related legal paperwork.
• Review and edit legal documents for accuracy, consistency, and formatting compliance.
• Keep organized records of contracts, templates, and precedent files.
• Work closely with leadership to understand the document requirements for each transaction.
• Apply established clause structures and formatting standards consistently across documents.
• Track document status and follow up on outstanding signatures or approvals.
• Support general paralegal tasks and legal research as needed.
