Elev8 Holdings, Inc. is seeking an FP&A Officer to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. This role partners with business units and finance leadership to provide actionable insights, drive cost optimization, and enhance overall financial performance.

The candidate will prepare reports, analyze variances, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while maintaining data storytelling and dashboards for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related financial field.
• 1–2 years of solid FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports across income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Build financial models for forecasting and projections with department heads.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and monitor 6-month cycle adherence.
• Conduct variance analysis and report budget vs. actual variances.
