Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, seeks a Finance Manager (FP&A) to lead financial planning, analysis and reporting for Supply Chain operations. Hybrid work setup in Pasig with weekly field visits to nearby sites.

The role emphasizes strengthening financial controls, delivering insightful forecasts, and guiding cross-functional teams to improve profitability and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; ladderized programs welcome.
• CPA or CMA/CFA/CCSA or CIA certification preferred.
• At least 8 years in Finance or Audit with 5 years in supply chain.
• Experience in CAPEX, FP&A, financial reviews and governance improvements.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Pasig City, with field work weekly in Muntinlupa City or Marilao, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Supports Supply Chain projects by evaluating business cases, developing financial plans and forecasts.
• Monitors financial performance, prepares reports and forecasts, manages cash flow and receivables.
• Improves finance processes and controls by applying best practices, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
• Leads strategic initiatives to achieve business goals and performance targets.
• Leads team development through coaching, mentoring and financial training.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, GMP, food safety, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
