Job summary

TOPSERVE SERVICE SOLUTIONS INC is seeking a Finance Business Analyst to strengthen FP&A activities, support budgets, forecasts, and monthly closes while delivering strategic financial insights.

Responsibilities include collaborating with regional teams, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy of financial data. Proficiency in SAP and Excel will be utilized to model scenarios and drive recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related field.
• Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CMA) is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related finance role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget preparation and monthly financial forecasts.
• Analyze sales, cost of goods, operating expenses, and other key financial metrics.
• Monitor business performance and identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional teams to validate sales forecasts and financial reports.
• Manage month-end closing activities, including accruals and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and budget estimates.
• Coordinate with shared service and accounting teams on finance-related matters.
• Perform other finance and business analysis tasks as assigned.
