Job summary

Indie Campers, a Manila-based arm of the campervan marketplace, invites applications for a Financial Planning and Analysis Associate. You will join the Financial Planning and Reporting team and support regional decision-making through monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis.

Your work will include building forecasting models, budgeting, variance analysis, and partnering with accounting and cross-functional teams to frame recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software tools.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
• Collaborate with accounting and controlling to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.
• Identify trends and provide cost optimization recommendations.
• Assist in development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary data for financial analysis.
• Present financial findings to senior management.
