Job summary

XDOF is seeking its founding Marketing Lead to shape how the company presents itself to customers, partners, and future teammates. You’ll own major product launches, marketing channels, and events, turning complex robotics/AI topics into compelling narratives that resonate across audiences.

You’ll build the foundations of a scalable marketing function, work with founders on strategy, and help craft XDOF’s narrative at the frontier of AI and robotics.

Qualifications

• Strong comms background and ability to write clearly for a technical audience.
• Comfort with technical and B2B subject matter, able to translate complex topics.
• Experience planning and running events and turning conferences into pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing end to end: messaging, positioning, content, website, announcements.
• Plan and execute presence at industry conferences and events.
• Tailor messaging for customers, partners, and prospective hires across audiences.
• Set up tools, cadences, and processes for a growing marketing function.
