Job description

We are looking for a motivated Forward Deployed Engineer with 0–4 years of experience to join our growing GenAI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, experience with modern backend frameworks, and an interest in Generative AI applications. This role offers hands‑on exposure to prompt engineering, AI integrations, and building scalable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django, or similar)
• Work on integrations with APIs, databases, and external services
• Write effective prompts and work with Generative AI models for real-world use cases
• Build and maintain systems using MongoDB and Redis for storage, caching, and workflow orchestration
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deploy LLM-powered applications
• Debug, optimize, and ensure reliability and scalability of backend systems
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–4 years of professional experience in Python development
• Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, Django

• Experience writing prompts for AI models and integrating them into applications
