TESDA NC2 certification is required, along with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. The position emphasizes safe operation, adherence to company policies, and accurate documentation, contributing to our fast-growing retail logistics

Qualifications

• Must possess TESDA NC2 certificate (Reach Truck or Counter Balance)
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures

• Basic understanding of equipment mechanics for troubleshooting and maintenance

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and equipment for loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report malfunctions promptly.
• Organize and optimize storage, stacking, and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and material movements.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Ensure efficient material flow to meet schedules.
• Replenish and register inbound/outbound goods in the storage system.

As an Forklift Operator (Reach Truck/Counter Balance), you are expected to be responsible for safely operating forklifts or rough terrain equipment to move materials, products, or equipment within the warehouse. Ensure the efficient flow of goods and materials.
