Job summary

RM Foods Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator/Material Controller to manage loading, inspection, and transfer of finished goods.

The role requires strict adherence to trucking inspections and stuffing documentation, ensuring FG quality before loading, and accurate pallet weighing and labeling. The ideal candidate will have forklift certification (NC II) and a valid driver’s license, with at least two years of related work experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of college education.
• At least two years of experience as Material Controller or similar.
• Vaccination card and interview attire required for FACE-TO-FACE interview.
• Wear smart casual attire.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move FG for dispatch.
• Complete Trucking Inspections Checklist before loading.
• Inspect containers and ensure compliance prior to loading.
• Prepare stuffing reports and FG certification documents.
• Transfer finished goods from Production to warehouse.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Acts as a Forklift Operators for Dispatch FG.
• Accomplish Trucking Inspections Checklist.
• Ensures that all containers undergo inspection prior to loading and loads container only after it passed the specified requirements based in the Trucking inspections checklist.
• Accomplishes certificated of container stuffing report.
• Responsible for the transfer of finished goods from Production to warehouse.
• Ensures that all Finished Goods undergo inspection and certification of FG conditions is available before loading.
• Ensures that all finished goods loaded in the container van have the right code and quantity as stated in the stuffing report and delivery note.
• Monitoring of FG stocks and ensures FEFO.
• Ensures stretch wrapping with quality and proper stickering of products.
• Responsible for actual weighing of FG per pallet.
• Arrangements and segregation of pallets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2 Years in College Education in any Baccalaureate Courses .
• At Least 2 Years Working Experience as Material Controller in any Industry.
• Bring your own pen and vaccination card (FULLY VACCINATED WITH A BOOSTER WILL BE PRIORITIZED FOR A FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW).
• Wear Smart Casual Attire.
