Job summary

Nippon Express NEC Logistics Singapore Pte. Ltd. Philippines Branch in Cavite is hiring for a forklift operator. The role requires operating reach trucks and forklifts safely, loading/unloading, and performing routine inspections.

The ideal candidate has an NCII forklift certification, a high school diploma, and 2–3 years of warehouse forklift experience, with reach truck expertise. Local residency in Gen. Trias or nearby areas is preferred; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid NCII Forklift Certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse.
• Experience with reach trucks is required.
• Resident of General Trias or nearby town.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Willing to work in Gateway Business Park, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck/forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload cargo using reach truck/forklifts.
• Transport materials to and from storage areas.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols related to forklift operation and material handling.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, guidelines, and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Conduct routine equipment check and maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of the forklift.
• Assist in conducting physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Report promptly any issue, malfunction, or damage to equipment and goods.
