Job summary

PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies in Makati seeks a dedicated support specialist to assist the forex team with transaction execution, trade tickets, and monitoring sheets.

You will handle KYC onboarding, coordinate with partners, and prepare end-of-day reports, ensuring timely and accurate processing of foreign exchange activities.

Fresh graduates are welcome; prior admin experience and knowledge of forex trading are advantageous for this role.

Job description

The position is primarily responsible for providing support to the forex team in executing foreign exchange transactions, preparing trade tickets, and maintaining FOREX monitoring sheets and transfer transactions in the system.

Key Responsibilities

• KYC Processing and Onboarding Handles client communication, explains business processes, provides documentary requirements, facilitates AML KYC verification, and ensures third-party FX partner enrollment.
• Forex Trading Support Assists in trade order execution and end-of-day report preparation. Manages Application to Purchase (ATP) forms, monitors trade progress, and ensures timely submission. Oversees trade ticket processing, fund transfers, and partner notifications. Coordinates with internal teams for trade confirmations, settlements, and special currency requests.
• Others Provides operational recommendations, engages in meetings and training, and performs other assigned tasks.
