Job summary

Chef's Secret Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a production sanitation worker to maintain cleanliness of heavy cookware, production utensils, and machinery components across all processing areas.

You will wash and sanitize, organize and restock cleaned tools, handle waste disposal per sanitation rules, and strictly follow GMP and food safety protocols in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing setting. A high school diploma or vocational training is required, with advantage for prior kitchen

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or vocational training in culinary/food technology.
• Experience: Advantage if you have experience in kitchen operations or food manufacturing.
• Skills: Basic understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and chemical handling.
• Stamina: Willingness to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all heavy cookware, production utensils, and machinery components.
• Maintain cleanliness across all processing areas, floors, and workstations.
• Handle waste disposal and segregation in compliance with sanitation rules.
• Organize and restock cleaned kitchen tools safely in designated storage spaces.
• Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety protocols.
