Job summary

Job description
  • Order Accuracy & Quality Control: Promptly and accurately deliver all food orders from the kitchen (BOH) to the designated guest table, consistently verifying plate presentation and confirming order accuracy before service.
  • Guest Service Excellence: Ensure an excellent dining experience by proactively assisting guests with their needs, promptly resolving simple inquiries, and maintaining polite, attentive demeanor.
  • Flow & Turnover Management: Maintain smooth restaurant operations by managing the pace of food delivery and actively supporting table clearing and resetting to optimize seating turnover, particularly during peak periods.
  • BOH-FOH Liaison: Act as the critical communication link between the kitchen and serving team, relaying time-sensitive information, order modifications, and guest feedback clearly and efficiently.
  • Dining Room Organization: Contribute to operational efficiency by actively performing side work, including clearing used dishware, maintaining service stations, and assisting servers with beverage and essential tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Communication Skills: Must demonstrate clear and fluent verbal English communication skills for effective liaison and guest interaction. Empathetic listening skills are required.
  • Work Ethic & Efficiency: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment with a strong focus on organizational skills and efficiency.
  • Punctuality & Reliability: Strong record of punctuality and diligent work habits are mandatory.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods.
  • Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in a food running, bussing, or service support role is preferred.
