Job summary

Suyen Corporation is seeking a QA lead to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to develop and maintain the food safety and quality management system within the commissary. The role includes creating SOPs, process flows, and training staff to uphold high standards.

You will develop product and process quality metrics, lead internal audits, and manage supplier audits from scheduling to reporting. Collaboration with management to improve quality across operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related science.
• Minimum 2 years QA experience in food industry.
• Familiarity with CGMP, HACCP and FDA standards.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a complete and updated manner.
• Develop and maintain food safety and quality management system in the commissary, including SOPs, Process Flow, Work Instructions and other documentation.
• Develop product and process quality metric reports.
• Lead commissary's internal quality and food safety related audits.
• Execute supplier audits including scheduling, planning, documentation, and reporting.
• Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
• Provide training support to management for newly hired or deployed staff.
