Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines is seeking a Microbiologist to conduct microbiological analyses across raw materials, processes, and finished products. You will ensure GLP compliance, manage LMS, and uphold laboratory documentation and quality systems.

You will also provide technical support for investigations, CAPA, and process improvements, while delivering training to lab and plant personnel to strengthen capability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduates in Microbiology or allied field with at least 24 units in Microbiology.
• Experience in food and beverage microbiology in an industrial setting is required.
• PAM-certified and registered Microbiologist (Philippine Academy of Microbiology) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiological analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, environmental samples, and other requests.
• Operate and maintain microbiology facilities, equipment, and testing environments in compliance with GLP and LMS.
• Prepare media and reagents per established standards; maintain records and calibration schedules.
• Provide technical support for investigations, CAPA, and quality-related concerns; assist in audits and quality systems.
• Deliver microbiology training, competency development, and updates to plant personnel; mentor teams.
