Job summary

Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year college course or at least 2 years in college.
Enjoys selling and interacting with people.
With good verbal and written communication skills.
With 1-2 years of experience in FMCG or field work.
Willing to do fieldwork and travel in assigned areas.
Ability to drive a motorcycle is an advantage.
Resident of and familiar with the area of assignment.

Responsibilities

Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales volume objectives through effective sales processes and trade programs.
Achieve distribution/merchandising objectives, ensuring product availability and exposure.
Exploit business opportunities by addressing trade issues and promoting brand exposure.
Utilize sales data and account information for business growth and timely reporting.
Develop and monitor account programs, distribution, and merchandising activities.
Manage trade BO returns and ensure proper product handling.
Maintain assets and cultivate productive relationships with key account personnel.
Adhere to safety, self-improvement, and other duties assigned by management.
