Greet customers warmly, assist them in selecting flowers and arrangements, answer their questions, and process orders accurately and efficiently.

Assist with flower care and arrangement: Help with the care and maintenance of fresh flowers, assist with the creation of floral arrangements, and maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the shop.

Contribute to sales and marketing: Assist with marketing efforts, such as social media promotion, window displays, and special event preparations.

Possess some knowledge of floral design principles, including color theory, flower care, and basic arrangement techniques.

Strong customer service skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Be able to work efficiently and accurately in a busy and sometimes demanding environment, especially during peak seasons and special occasions.
