• Ensure extremely accurate data entry to meet strict quality/productivity targets.
• 80% data entry, 20% miscellaneous duties.
• Work independently to enter a variety of health, dental, drug, hospital, and vision claims.
• Review claim attachments to determine applicable data.
• Review complex claims with team assistant and flag for investigation.
• Adhere to Health & Dental Claims policy job aids.
