You will work closely with drivers and dispatchers to ensure smooth transport and maintain accurate shipment records. The role requires at least 2 years in trucking or logistics coordination, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with logistics software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in trucking/logistics coordination.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills for unexpected situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, drivers and team members.
• Proficiency in using logistics management software and databases.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and scheduling the movement of freight and goods using our fleet of trucks.
• Monitoring the status of shipments and providing updates to clients on delivery timelines.
• Liaising with drivers, dispatchers, and other logistics team members to ensure seamless transportation.
• Maintaining detailed records of shipment information, including tracking numbers, delivery times, and any discrepancies.
• Identifying and resolving any transportation-related issues or delays in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with the operations team to optimise routes and improve overall efficiency.
• Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to client inquiries.
